Description

Industrialization is at the crossroads of businesses when it comes to transferring the convincing results of R&D into a commercial system that meets the expectations of users and stakeholders. 

This session is aimed at “deeptech” project leaders who are wondering about the establishment of their industrial strategy by integrating the constraints of the businesses downstream of R&D as soon as possible. 

After a general presentation of the issues and that of an adapted tool, we will be able to discuss your issues freely and provide you with targeted recommendations.

What you will learn

• Better understand the objective of transforming a prototype into a commercial device
• Questioning the best industrial strategy when you have a pre-commercial system 
• Anticipating the development of your project by integrating as soon as possible the constraints of the businesses downstream of R&D 
• Have the example of a convincing tool 

Content of the training

• General presentation of the challenges relating to industrialization 
• Interactive question/answer session on the specific issues of the participants in order to illustrate the previous presentation on concrete examples
